Our bees descend from swarms of wild bees, well-suited to our local conditions. They forage on native prairie flowers, shrubs and trees, including yellow clover, bee balm (Mondarda), locust trees, sunflowers, wild plums, and many, many more. As a result of this diverse diet, our honey has exceptional flavor.
